Our Client, Many Rivers is a for-purpose organisation that provides Microenterprise Development and Community Economic Development support to Australians experiencing disadvantage who want to access the economy, however for various reasons, lack equitable access to do so. Inspired by Christian values, Many Rivers exists to help Indigenous and other Australians experiencing disadvantage to improve their situations through economic development and enterprise.  As a not-for-profit, their work is made possible through funding relationships with philanthropic donors and foundations, corporate and government partners.

Currently undergoing a period of positive growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Head of People & Culture to manage all of their HR strategic activities, plans, policies and processes for Board and CEO approval.
