Manager Customer Relations and Operations
Seeking to recruit a forward thinking leader who will provide oversight of the ministry team and warehouse operations.

Our Daily Bread Ministries exists to make the life-changing wisdom of the Bible understandable and accessible to all. We do this through creating and distributing print, digital, video, and audio resources that help believers grow as disciples of Jesus, and deepen their Christian faith.
Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a heart for ministry who has demonstrated experience leading a team and may have previously worked in a customer service environment, operations, or membership services or indeed in a church or a not for profit organisation.
You will have a passion for wanting to distribute biblical resources in a timely manner to help readers grow in their walks with God.
You will have a finger on the pulse ensuring the day to day operations are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
You will take ownership for developing, coaching, and helping the team stay focused in providing engaging customer service and operational support.
The person will need to have a keen eye for operations ensuring we can deliver on our strategic goals.
In this role your responsibilities will include
- Building and leading a robust ministry relations team to engage and serve our audience for both print and digital.
- To coordinate and drive key ministry projects and deliverables
- Ensure the team are acting and responding to the needs of our readers, with a strong service and ministry ethic.
- Leading and managing the day to day operations with a focus on consistent delivery.
- To build and help to maintain relationships with volunteers
- Analysing project results and trends to implement strategy
- Maintaining relations with internal and external partners to allow for effective distribution of our resources.
To be considered you must have
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role.
- Ability to manage, lead, and motivate a team
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively determine priorities and allocate appropriate work.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems
- Have a strong conviction of the life changing power of the gospel of Christ and be actively involved in the life of the church
Highly Regarded Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in ministry or the not for Profit sector
- Previous Experience in logistics and/or operations management
- Exposure to digital marketing strategy
- Previous experience working with people from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds
This position is located at our office in Kilsyth, and able to work from home if necessary, reporting to the Director for Australia.
