(Junior Administration Team Member)

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Saward Dawson administration team. The role will involve reception duties and other administrative support tasks.  Training and support will be provided.

Our team of 80 plus staff incorporate our core values when delivering services in the areas of Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory, Wealth Advisory, Personal Taxation, and Superannuation. This also includes services provided for Business, Taxation and Not-for-Profit Advisory and Consulting.

Building relationships and creating a welcoming environment for our clients are important to us.  We are seeking applications for someone to join our administration team who enjoys interacting with people and can make a positive first impression as the first point of contact as our main receptionist.

The role consists of:

Reception and Client Experience

  • Answer and direct calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and making them feel welcome
  • Provide hospitality including tea and coffee to clients and visitors
  • Assisting with in house catering needs when required

 Administrative Support

  • Mail drop off, pick up, processing and distribution
  • Processing documents from the ATO
  • Scanning of documents and files
  • Collation of various client documents
  • General office duties using Microsoft office including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Set up rooms for client and staff meetings
  • Ordering of office supplies and stationery

The successful candidate will;

  • Be energetic, vibrant and positive
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to exercise initiative and discretion
  • Be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
  • Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Be highly trustworthy
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
