Have you got a background in customer service and want to work in a positive and supportive environment? 

  • Full Time – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Be part of a well-established and supportive team 
  • Based in Richmond short walk to the Richmond Train Station/Tram/Bus 



Family-run business established in 2004.  With over 65 employees/contractors serving the over 65’s across Metropolitan Melbourne through the delivery of Home Care Package (HCP) massages. The TCMM team consist of dedicated, passionate, professionals who have found their talent in mobile massaging 

We work in a friendly, positive supportive, and team-oriented environment, priding ourselves on empathy, transparency and always aiming to go above and beyond for our clients.

We are looking for a Receptionist/Administration All Rounder to add to our very friendly team.


Included but not limited to:

  • Experience in customer service, ensuring therapist rosters are full and completed in a timely manner including data entry and ad hoc tasks
  • In-bound & outbound phone calls to establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and our customers, helping to build trust and rapport. 
  • Working effectively within the support office, therapists and management to deliver excellent customer service 



  • A self-starter with outstanding customer service skills; a confident, personable approach and strong listening skills
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office) with a keen eye for detail
  • Prior experience in rostering would be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
