Summary:

The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated professional with experience in the travel industry and a passion for creating customer focused bespoke travel experiences. You will be working with a small, committed and high-quality team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with international offices to co-ordinate and aid in the development of detailed travel itineraries that meet the strategic objectives of the trips and positive trip experience for the travellers
- In cooperation with our trip destination partners, develop trip costings for each customised unique itinerary and review/approve invoices for trip participants.
- Help develop systems, processes and strategies for growth to aid the booking process and flow of information
- Conduct seasonal reviews of the trip experience, collating input from teams, co-ordinators and the field partners to evaluate and continually look for ways to improve
- Co-ordinate all travel arrangements for the International President including visa applications, flights, vehicle hire and accommodation.
- Scope for role to be Full Time for the right candidate and incorporate some other administrative functions

Education and Experience:
- Min 3+ Experience in travel industry highly desirable
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to become familiar with organisation-specific programs and software
The role reports directly to the International President.
