Operations Officer

We have a presence throughout Australia reaching out to university students, youth and families, as well as a humanitarian strategy. We have more than 150 missionaries with our head office based in Mulgrave, Victoria.
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting vacancy for an Operations Officer in our Operations team.
We are looking for someone with a warm welcoming persona, can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and who works well in teams and independently. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Someone who will bring a passion for prayer would also be desirable.
Key responsibilities of the role include providing exceptional customer service for Power to Change missionaries and donors, administrative support for the National Operations leader and Deputy National Director, reception duties, and coordinating internal and external organisational events. This will be a ministry not just a job and one you can truly make your own!
Hours: 20 - 25 hours per week, 3 - 4 days per week, flexible.
