We have a presence throughout Australia reaching out to university students, youth and families, as well as a humanitarian strategy. We have more than 150 missionaries with our head office based in Mulgrave, Victoria.
The role
As a key member of the dynamic National LIFE Team, this entry level role is vital for maintaining Power to Change Australia’s ability to engage its community. This part-time, 20 hours per week role will report to the Database Administrator at our Mulgrave office. We support a hybrid working environment.
Our office team desires to build community, synergy and collaboration so all can thrive. The Database Administrator will provide high level administrative support to the organisation and the National LIFE Team. LIFE stands for Labour, Influence, Finance & Expertise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You are comfortable working with database systems, have good computer skills and a willingness to learn. Netsuite and Moodle experience is a bonus.
Your responsibilities
- Accurately managing and updating the database system as necessary
- Cataloguing data with appropriate tags for ease of reference
- Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
- Coordination of PTC led training courses and conferences
- Setting up groups with the LMS
