About the role
This mid-level position contributes to the vital role of design in providing website development, digital products, and consulting services to our clients. We are looking for a designer with natural creative flair and a passion for creating human-centred user experiences.
Our work ranges from short web design assignments through to multi-month, deep product design projects. In this role you will have the agility to move between designing beautiful websites, creating easy-to-use digital experiences, and providing client consultation.
At its core, this role is about solving customer requirements using incisive UX and UI design in a way that delights our internal and external stakeholders. You are solving business problems and maximising social good impact through your innovative approach.
The role will have a primary focus on our Heartburst NFP clients, however it will also include projects from sister brands Day3 (commercial focus) and Generous (donation platform).
This position requires a team player, with solid communication skills for dealing with internal stakeholders from our development and delivery functions.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a talented digital designer with approximately 5+ years of experience. Prior experience in the non-profit sector is advantageous.
