Help to shape Tearfund’s future vision and strategy as our new Australia Program Director
We are seeking a leader to be our next Australia Program Director. This person will lead and grow Tearfund's engagement with Australian Christians, helping to create Tearfund's future, creating vision and operational strategy, providing leadership, direction, and empowerment for a highly skilled and engaged team.

We work with local partners in over 20 countries across Africa, Asia, the Pacific and in Australia with our First Peoples Program. The Australia Program Director will have a deep personal commitment to living a biblically shaped life, and to justice for the disempowered and marginalised. They will be highly relational whilst being results oriented, an experienced communicator and someone whose leadership style creates a culture of trust, openness, and accountability for performance.
