Join our dynamic team as we seek part-time leaders for THE ROCKS Next Generation ministry, where fun and educational environments await children from walking age to Year 7 every Sunday.

THE ROCKS is looking to appoint a Waumba Land Director, overseeing our Walker to Preschool kids Next Generation ministry, with responsibilities covering:

• Team leadership
• Programming
• Groups

This is a two day role, which requires presence on-site every Tuesday and Sunday.

Part of the hours can be worked remotely from home with agreement from the Next Gen Director.

I. Team Leadership:

• Champion church vision, mission, and values.
• Drive team development and cohesion.
• Collaborate in hiring and budget oversight.

II. Programming:

• Lead Sunday and events programming.
• Implement Orange Curriculum with the Next Gen Director.
• Recruit and train new leaders.
• Rostering team members.

III. Groups:

• Monitor Waumba Land small groups' health.
• Develop a strategy for recruiting and training leaders.
• Ensure every child is connected to caring leaders and peers.
