Calvary Youth Services is seeking to appoint an Agency Manager to lead its highly successful operation.
Reporting to the Board of Management, the Agency Manager oversees a dedicated staff of twenty, located in the vibrant seaside city of Mandurah, one hour south of Perth.
Calvary is a Christian organisation, committed to providing safe, secure and supported government funded crisis accommodation and longer term transitional supported accommodation to young people (between the ages of 15 and 25) experiencing, or at risk of homelessness.
The Board of Management is committed to supporting the Agency Manager to lead the organisation to new opportunities and further success.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced community service professionals, ideally having worked with youth, who share Calvary’s Christian ethos and its vision to see young people in crisis grow in confidence and purpose for a successful future. Calvary is highly regarded by its funders and the local communities it serves.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated success in leading community teams in a 24-7 environment, handling the rigours of regulation and compliance and have a passion for growth and a demonstrated ability to explore new opportunities to expand the impact of the organisation they lead.
