Established in 2004, Resolve Consulting is an Consulting and Accounting firm that seeks to Equip, Develop and Sustain Schools, Churches and Not for Profits across Australia and internationally.
Our Resolve team of consultants work with schools and not for profit organisations, 95%+ of of whom operate within a Christian faith-based environment. As a Consultant with Resolve, you will align your technical abilities with your leadership and influencing skills to support the impactful work of our clients.
The successful applicant will assist clients across a range of areas including accounting, excel modelling, financial management, as well as providing advice to clients in the areas of governance, strategic planning, policy development and leadership. The ideal candidate will be a CA/CPA with general management / business management experience who is looking for an opportunity to develop skills across a broad range of governance and management areas in addition to their already well-developed accounting competencies.
The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Economics
- Schools/Not-for-Profit experience is desired
- A personal commitment to and understanding of the ethos of Christian organisations
The work will be a hybrid role, combining working at home with significant onsite work at clients, so regular travel (including interstate) will be involved.
