About Us

Diamond Women is a faith based not-for-profit organisation that exists to empower women navigating unplanned pregnancy to thrive emotionally, socially, and financially. For nearly 20 years, we’ve offered holistic wrap-around care through counselling, mentoring, and practical support, case work and hope for the future.

As we expand nationally, we’re looking for a strategic and creative Fundraising & Marketing Manager who can help us share our mission with the world, someone who knows how to move hearts, build partnerships, and turn purpose into measurable impact.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. This is a key leadership role working directly with the CEO to drive significant income growth.

You’ll oversee the full communications and fundraising portfolio, managing campaigns, events, grants, digital engagement, and donor relationships. You’ll craft cohesive messaging across all touchpoints to grow both our supporter base and client reach. You are responsible to increase visibility, and ensure every story we tell reflects the faith, hope, and love at the heart of Diamond Women

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Growth

  • Strategy & Growth: Collaborating with the CEO to develop and execute a strategic plan to increase our annual revenue from million to million over the next 3-4 years.
  • Fundraising Management: Overseeing and growing a diverse mix of income streams, including:
    • Individual Giving: Implementing strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and managing the nurturing of Major Donor relationships.
    • Grant Applications: Researching, writing, and submitting high-quality funding applications to trusts and foundations.
    • Community Fundraising & Events: Managing all aspects of our fundraising events and supporting community-led initiatives
  • Relationship Nurturing: Building and maintaining strong, active relationships with key community partners, including Schools and Churches, with an emphasis on those operating under a Christian ethos, who are a crucial source of our fundraising revenue.
  • Communications: Developing compelling content and messaging for all campaigns and organisational updates across various channels.
  • Database Management: Ensuring accurate and effective use of our donor database for reporting, segmentation, and communication.

Marketing & Communications

  • Build a consistent, faith-based brand voice that communicates hope and transformation.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives through social media, newsletters, website, and print collateral.
  • Manage all public relations and media communications in collaboration with leadership.
  • Oversee digital marketing and analytics, ensuring growth in audience engagement and donor conversion.
  • Produce impact reports, donor updates, and organisational messaging that reflect our mission and outcomes.
  • Engage with and instruct external suppliers eg. Website company and CRM

Events & Donor Engagement

  • Coordinate signature events and community fundraisers.
  • Design memorable donor experiences and appreciation programs.
  • Represent Diamond Women at public speaking events, church presentations, and business gatherings.

Data & Systems Management

  • Oversee CRM for segmentation, reporting, and donor journey tracking.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and measure ROI across all campaigns.

About You

You’re a passionate, faith-driven storyteller who loves connecting people to purpose. You balance creative flair with data-driven strategy, and you’re energised by seeing generosity grow.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing, or communications within a charity or not-for-profit.
  • A proven ability to manage the end-to-end process of fundraising campaigns, from strategic planning and budgeting through to execution and evaluation.
  • A demonstrable experience and knowledge across multiple income streams: Individual Giving, Major Donor engagement, Community Fundraising, Grant Writing, and Events Management.
  • Highly developed relationship-building skills, particularly with community groups like Churches and Schools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and copywriting.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools (Canva, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • A personal Christian faith that shares in our values and active involvement in a local church.

Desirable

  • Understanding of multi denominational Christian community networks.
  • Experience managing or mentoring small marketing teams or contractors.

What We Offer
