New Employment Opportunity: VCFA Director of Referees – Referee Coordinator
The Victorian Churches Football Association (VCFA) is pleased to announce that our Operations Team of contractors is expanding in 2026, and as such we are inviting applicants for the role of:
- VCFA Director of Referees - Referee Coordinator
With the VCFA being on a growth trajectory, the Board is committed to prioritising how we as an Association continue to support, improve and achieve ongoing excellence in all aspects of the game, including the vital aspect of match officiation, and so in support of this growth, the role of Referee Coordinator is expanding in its scope and opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have extensive refereeing experience and strong management skills, with a passion for further development of the VCFA Referee Department.
The VCFA Referee Coordinator role is a contracting position which will generally require up to approximately 20 hours per week (with a degree of flexible hours, currently working remotely). An hourly contracting rate for hours worked will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
