You’ll work alongside a committed Senior Pastor, Elders, staff, and volunteers, contributing at a strategic level while remaining deeply connected to the spiritual life of the congregation.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a spiritually mature, relationally intelligent leader who brings both pastoral heart and organisational clarity. The ideal candidate is someone who loves the local church, thrives in team-based leadership, and is energised by helping vision become lived reality.
You are likely someone who:
- Has a deep, personal faith in Jesus and a clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry
- Is a collaborative leader who works well alongside a Senior Pastor, Elders, staff, and volunteers
- Brings proven experience leading teams, developing people, and navigating complex ministry environments
- Thinks strategically but is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to ensure ministry outcomes are delivered well
- Communicates clearly, brings alignment across diverse ministries, and fosters healthy accountability
- Leads with humility, wisdom, and a servant-hearted posture, even in moments of pressure or change
- Has the emotional and spiritual maturity to handle conflict, guide others through change, and care for leaders as well as congregants
This role would suit someone who is excited to serve behind the scenes as much as on the platform—strengthening systems, supporting people, and helping the whole church move forward together in faith and purpose.
