About CrossLife Property:

CrossLife Property Ltd (CPL) was established in 2016 to hold and operate on behalf of CrossLife - a baptist church Home - CrossLife, any and all real property of the Church. About the role:

We are looking primarily for an Events specialist who also has an interest in Marketing. The role will be based at The Well in Upper Coomera and be responsible for coordinating the conferences hosted on site, engaging with hirers and supporting the Customer Engagement Manager in planning and running Community Events. 

Essential Criteria:

Events and Conferences: 

  • Manage event and function enquiries via phone, email and in person
  • Coordinate bookings from initial enquiry through to event delivery 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, event documentation and booking confirmations
  • Liaise with clients to finalise event requirements including catering, beverages and venue logistics 
  • Manage booking systems, reservations and event administration
  • Process payments and final invoicing for events and functions
  • Conduct venue inspections and client meetings 
  • Provide support during event delivery and assist with resolving any issues that arise 
  • Assist with converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and maintaining repeat business opportunities
  • Ensure all event information is communicated accurately and within required timeframes 

Marketing: 

  • Creating and scheduling content across Facebook and Instagram
  • Designing graphics and editing short-form videos in Canva
  • Writing engaging social captions and supporting community management 
  • Coordinating advertising campaigns and reporting 
  • Maintaining digital assets and marketing systems 
  • Supporting customer enquiries via email and social media
  • Assisting with general administration and occasional operational tasks
