Our client, FEBC Australia is an international media mission, which provides hope, health, education and life through its media programming to those who are in need - primarily through radio, but also via other media, apps, and emerging channels. . When you join FEBC you become part of a rich, 78-year history working in partnership with other FEBC fields across the world to feed hearts, engage communities, bring hope, and change lives.
Reporting to the CEO, you will build relationships with FEBC Australia's international partners and lead and manage the international portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring respectful and effective communication and coordination, as well as appropriate monitoring and evaluation.
You will also;
- Assist in the development and strengthening of FEBC Australia's International ministry strategy to ensure that it is well aligned to FEBC Australia's strategic pillars and priorities.
- Prepare and implement a plan to maintain, nurture and grow existing partner relationships.
- Work with partners to ensure suitable project design, monitoring and evaluation, and effective reporting.
- Ensure timely impact evaluation of all ministry projects and partnerships.
- Make sure all aspects of the development and implementation of partnership projects (reporting, risk, policy controls and mission purpose) are compliant and strategically aligned.
- Communicate well with donors and stakeholders supporting the overseas projects.
The successful candidate will be a mature Christian with a proven track record in similar leadership roles in the faith-based international development or integral mission sector. You will have strong lived experience in collaborative cross-cultural engagement. You will possess integrity, be highly organized, have sound financial acumen and have the skills and ability to engage people in the work of FEBC.
You will be an active member of a local Church and your knowledge and understanding of Integral Mission and International Development in particular will be important for this role as will be willingness to undertake international and national travel for a number of weeks each year.
