The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Marketing/Brand Officer, this dynamic part-time role involves implementing marketing plans to engage with our on-air and digital community.

The role involves:
The Marketing Assistant will play an important role in increasing awareness of 96five Family Radio as it continues to expand, and increase engagement with the growing supporter base, amongst families and the Brisbane community.
This exciting role will work across all communication platforms including website, social media channels, eDM and CRM platforms, along with supporting the team on key marketing and fundraising campaigns and events. You will benefit from working across the many departments, gaining a breadth of experience across marketing, fundraising, graphic design and work with experts within the not-for-profit environment. The role will help to deliver our strategic branding vision and will champion key initiatives that help to promote all areas of 96five.
This is a part time role 25 hours per week with the flexibility to work across your preferred days of the week for a great work/life balance. There is also potential to increase hours in the future.
The successful applicant will have:
- A genuine passion for the purpose of our Christian ministry and how it is expressed through our brand, identity and marketing content
- Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Marketing or Communications (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a not-for-profit marketing, graphic design, communications or fundraising role (desirable)
- Strong graphic design skills preferably with Adobe experience
- Ability to work well both within a team environment and autonomously
- Excellent written and graphical communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Strategic and committed to the big picture
- High level of creativity and imaginative thinking
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- High level of organisational and prioritisation skills
- Committed to undertaking duties efficiently under pressure
- Current Blue Card
