The Senior Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Officer is a key position within our Central Administration Team. Providing supervision of effective and efficient payroll processes, along with HR administration, you will work within a dedicated, collaborative and supportive team.

About Us

Temple Christian College is a member of Adelaide Christian Schools and educates students from Year 7 to 12. We are a Christian co-educational school operating over three campuses offering quality teaching and learning opportunities and outstanding facilities.

We encourage each student in the development of their Christian character and calling. Acting as an extension of the home and the Christian church, our passion is to provide a safe and encouraging Christian community to prepare our students for life beyond the classroom.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and suitably qualified individual to join our dedicated Human Resource and Payroll team.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have relevant qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources and Payroll processing.
  • Have a strong customer service mindset, be details orientated and able to multitask.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Have a strong commitment to Christian education and a determination to serve God in a Christian school environment.
  • Be a committed Christian active in church fellowship
  • Have (or be willing to obtain) a current Working with Children Check
  • Have (or be willing to obtain) mandatory child safe training certification
  • Be residing, and have entitlements to work, in South Australia
