Your opportunity

Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead our team of Talent Acquisition Partners whilst driving operational excellence across Anglicare’s end-to-end recruitment function, ensuring streamlined, consistent, and high-quality practices that enhance the user experience.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

  • Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through continuous, feedback-driven improvements
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical, hard-to-fill, and senior leadership roles across all business units.

What you’ll bring

You are a strategic and collaborative Talent Acquisition leader who inspires teams and delivers operational excellence. With deep expertise in TA operations, process optimisation, ATS enhancement, and data-driven recruitment insights, you strengthen both efficiency and impact.

You excel in building team capability, leading critical and senior hires, and elevating the experience for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers alike. Above all, you embody our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence, embedding them into every aspect of your leadership and practice.

You will also need:

  • Experience in recruitment operations and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and best-practice hiring
  • Skilled in optimising recruitment systems, ideally Workday
  • Proven ability to identify training needs, coach and develop a team of recruiters

  • Strong analytical skills in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Qualifications in HR, Business, or a related discipline
  • Training or certification in Workday or recruitment process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience or strong desire to work in the not-for-profit sector where purpose has impact.
