Partnerships Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)
Full-Time | Fixed-Term (6 Months) | $31.80 per hour (HEW 4.1)

About the Role
Alphacrucis University College (AC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our Academic Services team on a full-time, 6-month maternity leave contract. Working under the supervision of the Registrar, you will support the full student lifecycle—from application to graduation—for students enrolled through our Partner Colleges, Local Church Colleges (LCCs), and VET Third Party arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process student applications, enrolments, withdrawals, and other administrative requests
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings (via Teams) with VET Third Party providers
  • Share application and enrolment data with Partner College and LCC liaisons
  • Assist Finance with preparing payment reports for Partners and HE LCCs each semester
  • Respond to enquiries from faculty, facilitators, and stakeholders
  • Configure and maintain student records in the Quercus student management system, including setting up fees, courses, and grades
  • Assist with graduation processing, including assessing completions and preparing certificates
  • Participate in the wider life and community of the College
  • Perform other duties as directed by management

 

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in supporting student success. A commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the mission of Alphacrucis University College is essential.

Desirable:

  • Completion of a VET or Higher Education qualification
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • Understanding of the VET and Higher Education sector

 

Remuneration
$31.80 per hour (Higher Education Worker Level 4.1), in accordance with the Higher Education General Staff Award.
