  • Assist with compiling documentary evidence to demonstrate alignment with accreditation standards and criteria (e.g., academic staff CVs, course changes, competency mapping).
  • Format, edit, and proofread documents to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with institutional and accrediting body requirements.
  • Collate and manage compliance-related data, such as student feedback reports, benchmarking data, and relevant policy references.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and supporting materials for reaccreditation meetings and workshops.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Program Lead and academic team as required.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential:

  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills, including accurate recordkeeping and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with advanced skills in document formatting and preparing professional submissions.
  • Proven ability to proofread and edit professional documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with formatting standards.
  • Capacity to manage competing priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of higher education course structures (e.g. units, learning outcomes, graduate attributes), or the ability to rapidly acquire and apply this understanding for accreditation and compliance mapping and alignment.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience providing administrative or compliance support in a professional setting.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of quality assurance or accreditation processes within the higher education sector.
  • Previous experience working in a tertiary education or academic environment.
  • Familiarity with educational policy, curriculum documentation, or learning outcomes frameworks.
  • Experience coordinating documentation for boards, committees, or external agencies.

  • Alignment with CHC's values of seeking truth, founded on God's word, centered on Christ, and cultivating community.
  • Willingness and ability to accept responsibility and to work with minimal direction.
  • Commitment to support the vision, values, and strategic directions of CHC.

Why join CHC?
