Southern Christian College is seeking an experienced and visionary Christian leader to serve as our next Principal, ideally commencing at the beginning of 2026 (or later by negotiation).

• Lead an innovative and inclusive K–12 Christian school community.
• Provide authentic Christian leadership to a multi-denominational college in one of Tasmania's most popular and growing regions.
• Shape the next chapter of a caring and flourishing school with strong foundations and exciting future opportunities.

The SCC School Board is seeking a Principal who is:

• A committed Christian with a clear sense of calling to Christian education.
• A relational leader with the capacity to inspire, empower and support staff, students and families.
• Strategic, innovative and capable of leading change while honouring the College's heritage and values.
• Experienced in executive leadership across education, with proven ability to oversee teaching and learning, student wellbeing, governance, financial and people management.
• Able to clearly articulate and implement a compelling vision for the future of Southern Christian College.
