We are a well-established and vibrant community for over 800 students located in Orchard Hills at the foot of the Blue Mountains in Orchard Hills. Our motto of Strive for the Highest informs our practice and aspirations for our students. Through our Great Learning, Well People framework, the learning, wellbeing, pastoral and spiritual needs of students are integrated and excellence is pursued.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Principal, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management and oversight in alignment with the school's strategic plan, vision and mission.

About You

You will be an experienced and dedicated leader who is committed to your own personal and professional growth. You will continue to seek out opportunities to learn from and network with colleagues in other independent schools and have a vision for excellence in all that you do that inspires others. You will be highly relational and understand the importance of a strong and positive Christian culture, able to apply this to your leadership of a collaborative and supportive whole-school team.
