About the role
Working alongside a team of highly-skilled and enthusiastic staff, your role as a Senior Ministry Coordinator will see you shape and build our well-established camping ministry. Additionally, taking a lead role with our operational needs means you will have sound knowledge and understanding of our systems and interfaces in order for staff and volunteers alike to benefit from all they have to offer.
We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, motivated by the vision and mission of SU, that will enhance this ministry area, but also bring their skill, wisdom and leadership to the movement at large. The role is available at 0.6-0.8 FTE until 29th May 2026, and includes Exempt Benefits.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within a Christian setting or other not-for-profit organisation;
- Qualifications or extensive experience in Christian ministry or theology or a related field;
- Experience in designing and delivering camps and holiday programs for children and youth;
- Demonstrated success in initiating and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
