Children and Youth Ministry Coordinator

The Role

Are you passionate about developing faith in children and youth? An amazing opportunity exists for the right person to join the Belgrave Heights Convention team. This part-time position would suit someone already involved in a part-time children/youth ministry role.

The position of Children and Youth Ministry Coordinator exists to oversee the current ministry to children and youth and to facilitate growth. The Children and Youth Ministry Coordinator will develop and sustain vibrant effective Children's and Youth ministries in our Summer and Easter Conventions. Cultivate a team of volunteers dedicated to nurturing the next generation in their journey of faithful discipleship in Christ through transformative experiences at Summer and Easter Conventions. And ensure Belgrave Heights Convention is a child safe organisation.

This is a part-time position (0.2 FTE) with a high degree of flexibility and requires availability at our Summer and Easter convention events.

About you

You have:

• A commitment to children and youth discipleship.
• The ability to prioritise and plan.
• Skills to relate well with children, youth, and the convention volunteers who will work with the children and youth.
• Resilience to work effectively at busy times.
