Are you the person that God is calling to lead our vibrant and growing Youth ministry? This exciting leadership position will see you join a strong ministry team, working with a well-established team of young leaders to help shape and influence the lives of youth in Yrs 7-12.

You will be responsible for:

  • Helping our youth (primarily comprising 2nd-generation Australian-born high-schoolers) to encounter Jesus in fresh ways, using their God-given gifts to serve and reach out to others
  • Providing oversight and direction for the midweek youth gatherings
  • Working with the Leadership Team to provide leadership and pastoral care
  • Continuing to develop and implement a missional vision and model under the leadership of the Executive Pastor
  • Working with the Leadership Team and Executive Pastor to oversee the various leadership development streams within the ministry
  • Facilitating annual camps and retreats

The Austral-Asian Community Church (AACC) is a thriving contemporary and intergenerational English-speaking Christian church based in the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, South Australia. We are an interdenominational church, working with other local churches as we seek to honour God, build community and reach out to others both locally and overseas, seeing lives changed and transformed for the glory of God.
