Are you the person that God is calling to lead our vibrant and growing Youth ministry? This exciting leadership position will see you join a strong ministry team, working with a well-established team of young leaders to help shape and influence the lives of youth in Yrs 7-12.
You will be responsible for:
- Helping our youth (primarily comprising 2nd-generation Australian-born high-schoolers) to encounter Jesus in fresh ways, using their God-given gifts to serve and reach out to others
- Providing oversight and direction for the midweek youth gatherings
- Working with the Leadership Team to provide leadership and pastoral care
- Continuing to develop and implement a missional vision and model under the leadership of the Executive Pastor
- Working with the Leadership Team and Executive Pastor to oversee the various leadership development streams within the ministry
- Facilitating annual camps and retreats
