  • Unique Opportunity to make an impact developing Executive Christian Leaders
  • Part-time 2.5 day per week role
  • Fully remote role (some travel required)

This is a rare opportunity to play a strategic and hands on role in leading one of Arrow's flagship programs - the Executive Leaders Program, designed to form and equip senior Christian leaders in schools, not-for-profits, and business settings. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Leaders Program Director will:

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Executive Leaders Program, ensuring it remains innovative, relevant, and deeply formational.
  • Design and deliver high-quality program content that integrates leadership theory, Christian theology, and practice.
  • Lead recruitment and engagement of program participants through strong relational networks and partnerships.
  • Oversee facilitators, leadership partners, and program contributors to deliver an world class participant experience.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and wider team to strengthen alumni engagement and ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.

This role is ideal for a relational, strategic, and visionary leader with experience in leadership development and a heart for forming Christian executives. You'll be equally comfortable shaping strategy, building relationships, and delivering transformational experiences.

What You Will Bring

  • Alignment with Arrow's mission, strategy, and Christian values
  • Proven leadership experience in a Christian or executive context
  • Strong skills in program design, facilitation, and delivery
  • Ability to engage and recruit senior leaders across diverse sectors
  • Exceptional relational and communication skills
  • A balance of visionary thinking and operational follow-through
  • Tertiary qualifications in leadership, education, business, theology, or ministry (preferred)

Bonus points for:

  • Experience designing or leading executive-level Christian leadership programs
  • Established networks across Christian schools, NFPs, or business sectors
  • Familiarity with Arrow Leadership's mission, culture, and alumni community
  • Postgraduate studies in leadership, education, theology, or organisational development
