This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic and hands on role in growing Arrow's personal and team leadership development programs. So we can see more leaders: Led More By Jesus. Lead More Like Jesus. Lead More To Jesus.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Leadership Development Manager will:
- Lead and grow the Coach Mastery program, including accreditation alignment, trainer coordination, and student care.
- Oversee Arrow's coaching and supervision contractor network, ensuring quality and impact.
- Engage alumni and external clients through tailored organisational training and consulting, strengthening Arrow's profile and reach.
- Build and maintain systems, proposals, and partnerships that directly contribute to Arrow's strategic priorities.
This role is ideal for a relational, proactive leader with a background in coaching, adult education, or leadership development, who is equally comfortable designing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver.
What You Will Bring
- Alignment with Arrow's mission and Christian Values
- ICF credentialed coach
- Strong experience in coaching, training, or leadership development
- Confidence in leading contractors and managing client relationships
- Skilled in program management, proposal writing, and using digital platforms
- Strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bonus points for:
- Accreditation in tools such as Enneagram, TMS or Leading from Your Strengths
- Leadership or education qualifications
- Prior experience in Christian ministry, NFP, or educational settings.
