Holiday Camps Manager

Location:                 Eastwood, NSW
Employment Type:    Permanent Full Time (part time option may be considered)
Start Date:              February 2026

Do you have a heart for ministry and a talent for leadership and organisation? CRU is looking for a Holiday Camps Manager (Holiday Camps Team) to oversee operations and ensure our school holiday camps run smoothly—creating spaces where kids hear about Jesus and grow as disciples.

 

About CRU

CRU is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation with a mission to help students in independent schools across Australia know and follow Jesus. We run holiday camps, educational camps, and school ministries to share the gospel and train young people for a lifetime of service.

 

The Role

As Holiday Camps Manager, you’ll lead office operations, supervise staff, and coordinate logistics for CRU Holiday Camps. Your work will help create exceptional camp experiences where the gospel is faithfully shared.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage camp bookings, parent communication, invoice approvals, and logistics.
  • Supervise Holiday Camps Administrators.
  • Review camper applications and manage behavioural records.
  • Handle minor complaints and customer queries.
  • Monitor budgets and improve administration processes.
  • Assist with policy compliance and development.
  • (Optional) Lead up to 10 CRU Educational Camps or 5 Holiday Camps annually.

What We’re Looking For?

  • A strong and growing Christian faith with active church involvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
  • Experience in Christian camping or similar environments.
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Desirable: Experience with Salesforce and team management.
