Executive Principal

Pacific Group of Christian Schools
Dural, NSW | Full-time | Commencing Term 1, 2027

The Pacific Group of Christian Schools (PGOCS) invites applications for the newly created role of Executive Principal, a rare and significant leadership opportunity within Australian Christian education.

About the Pacific Group of Christian Schools

PGOCS is a Christ-centred education community committed to shaping lives of purpose, character and hope. Emerging from the vision of local Christian communities, the Group now comprises ten schools, a distance education provider, and an Early Learning Centre across metropolitan, regional and online contexts in New South Wales.

While each school retains its unique local identity, all are united by a shared commitment to a gospel-shaped culture, educational excellence, and authentic Christian community. Faith is not an adjunct to learning at PGOCS, it is foundational.

The Role

The Executive Principal is entrusted with stewarding a shared Christian vision for learning while enabling each school to flourish within its own context. Working closely with the Board, Principals and Executive Team, the Executive Principal will lead:

  • Christ-centred spiritual, missional and cultural leadership across the Group
  • Strategic planning, organisational improvement and future readiness
  • Educational excellence, innovation and digital transformation
  • Leadership development, accountability and succession across schools
  • Governance, compliance, risk management and Board reporting
  • Financial stewardship, enrolment sustainability and capital planning
  • External engagement, advocacy and partnerships within the Christian and education sectors

This role calls for a leader who can articulate and champion a compelling Christian vision for education at scale, foster strong and healthy school communities, and lead with wisdom, humility and courage through complexity and change.
