The opportunity
We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Digital and Creative Services Team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Vision and delivering high-quality design solutions across print and digital channels.
As the creative in our design studio, you will lead the development of visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our Christian audiences. Your work will be part of corporate branding, publications, marketing collateral, app and web content, and emerging digital platforms.
Role key responsibilities include
- Develop and execute creative concepts that align with Vision’s mission, values, and brand guidelines.
- Deliver engaging designs for print and digital platforms, including newsletters, magazines, marketing emails, social media, and app content.
- Champion brand consistency across all advertising and promotional activities.
- Oversee production processes and liaise with suppliers and third-party contractors.
- Research and apply emerging design trends and technologies to enhance creative output.
- Ensure all work reflects Scriptural integrity and complies with relevant codes and standards.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design with proven creative flair.
- Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and digital design tools.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Mature Christian faith and understanding of Biblical principles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices.
- Formal qualification in visual or multimedia design.
- Experience with WordPress, video editing, and photography.
- Creative thinker with a solution-focused mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Cheerful, collaborative, and committed to excellence.
