Project Ministry Co-ordinator
1–2 Days Per Week | Part-Time
Every Home for Christ partners in humanitarian aid and evangelism projects across Australia and internationally — including education initiatives, community development, disaster relief, and outreach campaigns.
We are seeking a highly organised and mission-focused Project Ministry Co-ordinator to assist in the planning, documentation, and implementation of these projects.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing national and international ministry projects
- Develop and track project schedules
- Assist with budgeting and financial documentation
- Coordinate logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare project reports and ministry updates
- Support fundraising documentation and communication materials
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Strong project scheduling and budgeting capability
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Understanding of Christian ministry landscape in Australia
Desirable (but not essential):
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented and systems-driven
- Able to manage multiple moving parts
- Comfortable liaising with churches, donors, and international partners
- Passionate about combining compassion and proclamation
