National Strategy Director / Executive Director – Global Aid (GAiN)

Global Aid Network (GAiN) is the humanitarian arm of Power to Change, working in disaster response, medical missions, clean water, and community development—integrating practical compassion with gospel impact.
We are seeking a senior Christian leader to provide national direction for GAiN in Australia. This is a strategic leadership role focused on setting vision, building leaders, strengthening partnerships, and mobilising people into humanitarian mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement a national strategy for Global Aid
- Build and develop leaders and teams across ministry areas
- Strengthen partnerships with churches, NGOs, and GAiN Worldwide
- Mobilise volunteers and workers into mission opportunities
- Champion collaboration across Power to Change strategies
About You
- Proven senior leadership experience (ministry, NGO, or cross-cultural context)
- Strong strategic and relational leadership capability
- Passion for mission, disciple-making, and humanitarian engagement
- Deep personal faith and alignment with evangelical theology
Important
This is a mission-supported role. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Raise personal financial support (salary and ministry costs)
- Partner with others to raise funds for GAiN’s humanitarian work
Training and support are provided.
