CRU® Galston Gorge has a unique opportunity for a hands‑on Property Maintenance Manager to take charge of site presentation and lead a small, committed team in keeping our stunning bushland campsite running at its best.

Your focus:

• Lead and roster maintenance & cleaning staff
• Keep facilities, grounds and services in top condition
• Oversee repairs, contractors and compliance
• Manage budgets, purchasing and capital works
• Ensure a safe, functional and welcoming site for all guests

You bring:

• Active involvement in a Christian church and alignment with our mission
• Maintenance / facilities experience
• Confident team leadership
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Manual licence + fitness for hands‑on work
