Office space for rent.
Cornerstone church is an ACC church located in Epping, Sydney. We are a 10-minute walk from Epping Station at 24 George Street.
We have a room adjacent to our main church hall that we have rented out as an office to another church before, and we would like to extend the same opportunity to another church or suitable Christian charity that needs some office space.
The room contains a feature wall painted ticking black, other walls painted vivid white, with cedar panels covering the ceiling. There are also two black leather couches in good condition for meetings and hosting visitors.
There is unlimited access from the street without going through the church hall and free street parking right in front of our building.
There are also kitchen facilities the tenant can access 24/7.
