Ridley College is seeking a warm and strategic Partnerships Manager to grow our connections with churches, dioceses and ministry organisations — and to play a central role in how we raise up the next generation of ministry leaders.
This is a varied, people-centred role that blends relationship management, student recruitment and event delivery. You'll be the bridge between Ridley and the wider church community — representing us well, listening deeply, and opening doors for those who are called to study and serve.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships & Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with churches, ministry leaders, and partner organisations
- Represent the College at church, diocesan, and ministry events
- Develop collaborative initiatives and alumni engagement
Student Recruitment
- Lead recruitment activity and build pathways from partner organisations
- Engage prospective students from enquiry through to application
- Support Open Days and information events
Events Management
- Plan and deliver key College events including graduations, public lectures, and partner events
- Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event evaluation
Communications & Reporting
- Work with Marketing to promote partnerships, events, and programs
- Maintain CRM records and provide reporting on engagement and outcomes
