Senior Executive Leadership Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant to support our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on our Sydney campus, part-time, Monday - Thursday (22.8 hours – 30.4 hours per week).

As our Senior Executive Leadership Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-level support to the ELT, implementing strategic objectives, communicating with stakeholders, and acting as an advisor providing insight, analysis, and tactical support.
- Administratively support daily operations of the ELT and COO, incl. correspondence, meeting coordination, annual planning, calendars, and events.
- Collaborating with MC staff to foster a positive organisational culture while supporting, implementing, and coordinating initiatives and priorities.
- This role is part-time, 22.8 – 30.4 hours/week, Mon to Thurs.
- Remuneration: From $94,611/annum pro-rated $56,766 to $75,689/annum (for 0.6 – 0.8 FTE, excl. 12% Super and 17.5% annual leave loading).

- Relevant post-secondary qualification.
- Professional and warm written and verbal communication skills.
- Administratively minded with strong software competence, incl. Microsoft and Google platforms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve and manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated resilience and flexibility to carry out duties.
- Demonstrated Christian character and involvement in a local evangelical church.
- Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code (https://tinyurl.com/mcstaffcode), and Christian ethos of Morling College.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience with data analysis and researching solutions to inform business decisions.
