Reach Beyond exists to see Jesus known and loved by unreached people. Through shortwave radio and emerging multi-platform media, we reach remote communities other broadcasters simply cannot. This is a pivotal moment — and we are looking for a leader ready to build on strong foundations and guide us into our next chapter.
The Opportunity
As CEO, you will cast vision, develop people, and translate strategy into impact. You will lead a dedicated team across two sites, steward a critical leadership transition, grow a diverse and sustainable donor base, and guide the organisation's evolution toward multi-platform media ministry — all while keeping mission and culture at the centre.
This role is for someone who believes their work is worship — someone who will go to bed each night knowing their leadership helped someone encounter Jesus for the first time. If you are ready to lead with vision, build with passion, and serve with purpose, we would love to hear from you.
