Key priorities in the first 6–12 months

  • Uplift CRM data integrity, governance and reporting reliability
  • Deliver fit‑for‑purpose dashboards and organisational insight

  • Participate authentically in the spiritual life of the staff team, including regular prayer and devotions
  • At times, lead or facilitate prayer and devotions as part of shared organisational life
  • Shape workplace culture, leadership practice and ethical decision‑making in ways consistent with AOA’s Christian values, including Church as light in the world, integrity and accountability

This role requires faith that is lived, integrated and expressed through leadership and work.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Data governance, integrity, documentation and reporting
  • Cross‑team workflow improvement and organisational “ways we work”

  • Leadership and coordination of the Operations team
  • Liaison with and oversight of external technical service providers

About You

  • Experience leading staff and coordinating work in a small organisational context
  • A collaborative, organised and values‑driven leadership style
  • A lived Christian faith and the ability to model and foster a Christ‑centred workplace culture

Why Work with AOA?

  • Contribute directly to global justice and community transformation
  • Be part of a committed, faith‑aligned team
  • Shape systems that support mission, governance and accreditation
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
