Sales & Bookings Coordinator
JC Action Sports
JC Action Sports is looking for a driven, relational and mission-aligned Sales & Bookings Coordinator to help grow our bookings across Australia.
JC Action Sports is a Christian not-for-profit organisation using action sports to engage young people with messages of character, identity, resilience, purpose, wellbeing and faith.
We deliver high-impact BMX and action sports shows in schools, churches, community events and regional outreach settings. These bookings help make JC Action Sports sustainable and allow us to fund and subsidise ministry work, school tours, regional outreach and programs for schools and communities that may not otherwise be able to afford them.
This role is about more than sales.
It is about helping create sustainable income so that more young people can be reached with life-shaping messages and, where appropriate, the hope of Jesus.
About the Role
The Sales & Bookings Coordinator will help generate and secure bookings for JC Action Sports shows, and events across Australia.
This will involve contacting councils, agricultural shows, community events, youth organisations and potential partners to promote JC Action Sports and secure bookings.
The role may also include identifying sponsorship and donor opportunities where appropriate.
You will report directly to Jordan and work closely with the JC Action Sports team to ensure leads are followed up well, quotes are prepared accurately and confirmed bookings are handed over clearly to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for events, councils and community organisations
- Follow up warm leads, previous enquiries and past clients
- Make phone calls and send emails to potential clients
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers
- Help secure bookings for shows, outreach events and programs
- Assist with sponsorship and donor leads where suitable
- Use Pipedrive to manage leads, follow-ups and sales activity
- Use Gmail, Google Calendar, our AI quoting system and work phone as part of the sales process
- Communicate the mission and impact of JC Action Sports clearly and professionally
- Help grow sustainable revenue so JC Action Sports can continue funding ministry and subsidised school impact
- Represent JC Action Sports with integrity, excellence and genuine care for people
The Person We Are Looking For

- Relational, trustworthy and organised
- Clear in written and verbal communication
- Motivated by impact, not just income
- Able to manage a pipeline and keep good records
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Passionate about seeing young people impacted across Australia
Experience:
Experience in any of the following would be valuable:
- Sales
- Fundraising
- Sponsorship
- Event bookings
- Relationship management
- Customer service or phone-based outreach
Role Type
This role may be structured as:
- Part-time employment
- Contractor arrangement
- Base wage only
- Base plus commission
- Mission-funded or volunteer arrangement for the right person
The final structure will depend on the applicant, experience level, availability and agreed responsibilities.
A laptop may be provided depending on the role structure.
Location
Sunshine Coast office preferred, but remote work may be considered for the right person.
