  • Does Anglicare’s vision “to see Jesus Christ honoured, enrich lives and strengthen communities” captivate your imagination?

We’re a well‑respected not‑for‑profit that has been serving communities for over 170 years. Our Learning and Leadership team plays a vital role in enabling our people to grow, thrive and deliver meaningful outcomes across aged care, seniors communities and community services.

Your opportunity

Reporting to the Learning and Leadership Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and embedding impactful learning and leadership experiences across Anglicare.

As the Learning & Leadership Development Specialist, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to build capability, support leadership growth, and enable our people to do the best work of their lives — aligned with our Vision, Mission and Values.

You will bring a balanced approach across facilitation, instructional design and stakeholder engagement, delivering both face-to-face and digital learning solutions that create lasting impact.

With integrity and accountability, you will:

  • Facilitate engaging face‑to‑face and virtual learning experiences, including induction, leadership programs and core capability training
  • Design and develop high‑quality learning solutions, including workshops, e‑learning and blended programs
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs and deliver fit‑for‑purpose development solutions
  • Lead the end‑to‑end design of learning programs aligned to organisational priorities and culture
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning experiences
  • Develop and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System
  • Contribute to leadership development initiatives, pathways and capability frameworks
  • Provide coaching, guidance and learning expertise to support leaders and teams
  • Ensure learning solutions reflect best practice in adult and experiential learning
  • Support the implementation of learning and development strategies, programs and initiatives

What you’ll bring

You are a confident and experienced learning professional who enjoys both designing impactful programs and facilitating engaging experiences. You bring a practical, solutions‑focused approach and are comfortable working across stakeholders to drive meaningful capability uplift. You’ll also bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong facilitation experience across multiple levels of leadership
  • Proven experience in instructional design, including e‑learning
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and learning best practice
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
