We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead day to day IT support, strengthen cyber and systems capability, and help strategic technology initiatives across the business.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and service orientated IT Manager to provide day-to-day support for our IT systems, coordinate effectively with our external IT service provider, and help progress strategic IT priorities across the organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on operational IT support with project work, continuous improvement, cyber security initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
In this role, you will:
- Provide day-to-day IT support across business systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors to maintain effective support processes
- Monitor and respond to IT support enquiries and system-related issues
- Support and maintain core systems, including SharePoint, reporting tools and user access management
- Maintain IT documentation, records, logs and system configurations
- Identify and deliver system improvements and IT projects aligned to business needs
- Support implementation of new systems, including staff communication and training
- Contribute to cyber security strategy, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
- Coordinate IT audits and support governance, risk and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI
- Provide occasional out-of-hours support where required
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud environments and cyber security principles
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, reporting tools (e.g. SQL), and systems such as Ultradata or FileOptics
- Experience delivering IT projects, system implementations and end-user training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, service-oriented and business-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and remain effective under pressure
