Engage Work Faith (ENGAGE) is a South Australian faith-based organisation that exists to engage people in their workplaces with the good news of Jesus Christ. ENGAGE believes work and faith are connected, overlapping circles that help integrate people.

- Exposes with wider public space to real Christian faith; and

The opportunity
The Chief Executive for Engage Work Faith is a unique and influential leadership opportunity for someone passionate about equipping Christians for workplace witness and fostering meaningful engagement between faith and everyday work.
About this role
As the public face of the organisation, the Chief Executive will communicate and embody the vision of ENGAGE through preaching, teaching, training and partnership-building, whilst empowering others to do the same.
The Chief Executive carries significant organisational leadership responsibilities, including delivering the strategic anchors of ENGAGE; cultivating strong relationships with churches, donors and aligned ministries; and overseeing staff, volunteers, governance, fundraising and operational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, the Chief Executive will help shape the future growth, sustainability and impact of the ministry.

What we offer

The position is 1.0 FTE. Part-time or flexible working arrangements can be negotiated and will be considered favourably.
A renumeration package will be negotiated based on similar roles in other organisations with a salary and ministry expense allowance component.
About you
The Board of ENGAGE is seeking a leader of evident Christian maturity and integrity – someone deeply committed to the gospel, demonstrating personal godliness and meeting recognised biblical standards for Christian leadership. The successful candidate will align closely with the Engage Work Faith Constitution, Vision and Values.
