Administration Coordinator (Camps & Systems)

About the role
ESA is seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator to keep our camps running and our systems working. The role involves overseeing camp registrations, keeping track of details and deadlines and being the first point of contact for parents and volunteers. You will find yourself working closely with our staff and volunteers as we bed down a new system, running reports and updating our CRM making sure we have all the right information about our people. You will also provide admin support for ESA’s Leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will play a part in ESA’s vision to bring Gospel hope to country communities.
What You Will Do:
- Coordinating ESA’s administration, with a focus on camps admin (including setting up and monitoring camp registrations, keeping track of details, people, deadlines and payments)
- Providing timely and accurate information to parents of campers and reports for staff and campsites,
- Answering the phone, ensuring parents and donors who call have a great experience of ESA
- Oversee data integrity in our CRM for campers, leaders, donors and those on our mailing lists
- Assist in improving and streamlining ESA’s systems and processes
- Providing admin support for ESA’s Leadership team.
Selection Criteria
- Exceptional administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong experience with working with systems and streamlining processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Collaborative and relational - able to work alone and in a team environment
- Warm phone manner
- Proficiency with IT systems
- A passion for and understanding of the work of ESA
