Christian Finance is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding client service, has a strong eye for detail and brings previous team leader or senior client services experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a warm, professional, and service orientated experienced team member to:
- Respond to client enquiries with care and efficiency
- Process a range of client instructions and transactions accurately and promptly
- Represent Christian Finance with professionalism and genuine Christian values
- Assisting with process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a senior client services, customer service, or team leadership role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in complex customer service or call centre roles
- Financial services experience (not essential)
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
- A personal Christian commitment, demonstrated by your active involvement in a local church or ministry.
